Rack rates

The prices you see listed here are our Rack Rates, or Published Rates.
With some hotels, us included, or websites, you will see headings like “From £49”, but then when you go to make a booking, the price comes out at £149, and you wonder just what ever happened to that low price that you thought you were paying. That’s marketing for you.

The Rack rate is the highest price we can ever sell a room to you for. So our Rack price for a Double Room is £160, therefore that is the highest price we would ever charge. Of course we can, and do, sell our Double rooms at prices lower than that, and the best place to get the lower rates is on our website, or by calling us directly.

What is included in your Rack rate is all taxes and a full English breakfast, as well as your room, the hotels services and a smile from us.

Single Room: £140
Double Room: £160
Twin Bed Room: £160
Triple Bed Room: £180

So no matter how busy we are, or how much demand there is for bedrooms in London this is our highest price, we guarantee it.
